Those who touched our lives stay in our hearts forever

Here is a tribute to the children who have lost their battle with IRF2BPL/NEDAMSS. Though their lives were far too short, their impact has left lasting footprints on our hearts forever.

Caleb MacKay
April 24, 2011 - January 9th, 2021.

" Caleb was the sweetest boy ever. He had the best smile and laugh that would light up anybody’s day."

Ronja Loblich
August 19, 2008 - October 29, 2022

"We wish life had given her more time. Ronja was truly special. She had a smile that charmed everyone. She taught us what's really important in life. We are eternally grateful to her and miss her every second."

 Breawna Mullins
October 16, 2007 - January 21, 2024

"Breawna used to love to wear dresses and skirt. She hated jeans. She wanted whatever she was wearing to be able to twirl when she spun around. She loved all things Princess. Her favorites were Elsa and Ariel and she loved to play dress up. She also loved Miraculous Ladybug, dogs, animals of all kinds. She used to love to eat and dip everything she could in ranch dressing. She loved everyone and especially loved Holidays and Birthdays. She would get so excited about her birthday and to celebrate others birthdays. Things got a lot harder in her last several years of course. She fought every obstacle and sickness that came her way. She had a strong will to survive. She loved big and fought so hard."

Félip Roussy
September 23, 2014 - January  29, 2025

"Félip was such a sweet boy with an easy-going personality. He loved music, going outside and being in the water. He is missed beyond measure."

Nico Borchert
August 26, 2020 - April 16, 2025

Affectionately known as Nico Burrito, he was an aura of love and sweetness. And though he was never able to talk, you just knew the love that Nico had for others around him when you were with him. Kaylee and our family had the priviledge of meeting Nico and his family in 2023. Although it was never enough time, Nico’s parents, sister and brother were  blessed to have 4 and a half years with him and he is  missed to infinity and beyond.

Sergio Molina
October 4, 2021 - December 24, 2025

Sergio's mom wrote a beautiful tribute: I am no longer the same since you left, neither is my environment. I also know that thanks to you, we are now more human, more true. You taught us how to truly love. Looking up into the skies without fear. You gave us sense when it all fell apart. Thank you for teaching me that love does not end with death.
